I love living in Gilbert, Arizona. There are so many great qualities about this town that I could write individually about. It was once a small farm town known for it's hay production. Now it's a young, vibrant, and rapidly growing town that has every major advantage of living in a big city like Phoenix, but yet still has that small town charm and feel.

This was the first decrease we've seen in the market since the beginning of 2015, however, the housing market is still going strong and has seen major increases across the board overall this year. The average home in Gilbert was Active for sale at $320.000 in May and the average Sold home closed at $269,00. The median price of newly listed homes being put up for sale in May 2015 was $280,000.
