If I only had two words to describe the most expensive home that sold in Arizona last week it would be "Simple Luxury". I don't know if it's possible to live in a home that sold for $3.9 million dollars and not have it be lavish, flashy, or extravagant but this home does it. The way the architect and builder carved and set this home in to it's mountain surroundings was tasteful and seamless. What I learned in Real Estate this week - 5/10/15
