Another Satisfied Customer

So I wrote a blog post last week(What do you do when the deal falls through? Regroup!) about a home I had taken on as a rental for some very good friends of mine. I don't do rentals very often but I do make exceptions from time to time. In the previous blog post I explained how at the last minute the renters backed out of the contract because they claimed some unforeseen circumstances surrounding their business partnership in New York would not be allowing them to move to Arizona.
