Working with New Real Estate Agents works for me

Yesterday I got to spend some quality time with a new agent, Samantha, who just signed up under my brokerage two weeks ago. I'll officially welcome her soon but I digress. She's fresh out of real estate school and the ink probably isn't even dry on her real estate license yet.
