I don't trust Owner/Agents

I'm not one of those who thinks that it's necessary for a licensed real estate professional to hire someone other than themselves to sell their own home. I have represented myself in the sale of my own home multiple times. There are plenty of disclosure laws that we must follow but as long as we do business according to the rules there should be no issues...read more.
