Harassment or Hustle?

I wrote a blog post a few weeks ago, "Are you ready to list with at REAL real estate agent?" about some very close friends of mine who had me list their home for sale. They have had two kids since living in their current home but would now like a little more room to stretch out and also would like a pool.
