Who says Millennial's are lazy?

The market in Gilbert, Arizona for homes under $200,000 is unbelievably competitive. Houses in the price range within striking distance for first time home buyers are snapped up as quickly as they come up for sale. It can be a struggle to get your buyer in to the home for a showing before the homeowners already have a handful of offers in hand. It takes an agent that keeps their thumb on the pulse every single morning and makes themselves available even at inconvenient times of day just in case that right home shows up on the MLS.
