Going all the way back to November of 2014 the average home in Gilbert was Active for sale at only $300.000. However, in April of 2015 the average home was listed for sale at $329,000. The median list prices of newly listed homes being put up for sale in April 2015 was $295,000 and the average sold price of a home in Gilbert, Arizona for April of 2015 was $260,000.
