May saw a slight dip in Active and New listing prices here in Gilbert, Arizona. This was the first decrease we've seen in the market since the beginning of 2015, however, the housing market is still going strong and has seen major increases across the board overall this year. The average home in Gilbert was Active for sale at $320.000 in May and the average Sold home closed at $269,00. The median price of newly listed homes being put up for sale in May 2015 was $280,000.
