The Gilbert, Arizona housing market is starting to see signs of the upcoming Fall and Winter slow down already. July's housing numbers show that New listings being put up for sale and total Sold listings are both on the decline. However, total Active listings increased for the first time since April. There were a total of 582 New homes put on the market for sale in Gilbert for the month of July and there were a total number of 539 Sold homes in Gilbert for that same month. Total Active listings increased up to 1,185 homes for sale. What do all these numbers mean for buyers and sellers?
